Grind Tomatoes, garlic, ginger, hari mirch.

Remove water from boiled Channa .
Add channe in tadka.
Stil well .
Wait for 5 minutes .
Stir between .
Add palak (don't add water).
Stir, keep flame slow .
Wait for 15-20 minutes .
Stir between.
Off flame .
Pour 1 big spoon desi ghee for enhance the taste (option).
I serve with chapati or naan.
