Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Palak 1bunch (boiled and grind )


  • White Channa 200g (boiled)


  • Oil 3 spoon medium


  • Desi ghee 1 big spoon (optional)


  • Onoin 4 medium (copped)


  • Tomatoes 3 medium


  • Garlic 10


  • Ginger 1 pieces


  • Hari mirch 8 piece


  • Haldi 1 teaspoon


  • Pisa Dhaniya 1 spoon medium


  • Garam masala 1 spoon medium


  • Degi mirch 1 teaspoon


  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste

Directions

  • Grind Tomatoes,  garlic, ginger,  hari mirch.
  • Heat the oil in medium flame .
  • Add onions, Stir till brown.
  • Add grind tomatoes mixture
  • Add some water.
  • Keep low flame .Stir.
  • Add haldi, pisa dhaniya,garam masala, degi mirch and Srit well.
  • Wait till oil release .
  • Remove water from boiled Channa .
  • Add channe in tadka.
  • Stil well .
  • Wait for 5 minutes .
  • Stir between .
  • Add palak (don't add water).
  • Stir, keep  flame slow .
  • Wait for 15-20 minutes .
  • Stir between.
  • Off flame .
  • Pour 1 big spoon desi ghee for enhance the taste (option).
  • I serve with chapati or naan.
